The Dream Inn Santa Cruz is currently seeking the right candidate to fill their Lead Valet position. The ideal candidate will need to have supervisory experience working in customer service, preferably in a Hotel setting. The Bell Captain position is responsible for confidently creating an overall positive impression while consistently providing exceptional customer service by following the standard operating procedures while serving every guest. To make all guests feel welcome and to encourage them to use all of the services and amenities offered at the hotel.

1. Duties of a valet attendant. Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles required.

2. Assisting in supervising the day-to-day operation.

3. Will practice and promote empowerment to resolve guest challenges.

4. Train, coach and guide associates through positive reinforcement and constructive feedback A friendly personality and professional appearance with excellent communication skills are required.

5. Holding each associate accountable to adhering to all hotel and department policies and standards.
