Corleones’ Bar & Grill is looking for enthusiastic, engaging and Guest driven Servers to provide an excellent drinking and dining experience to our Guests. The ideal Server candidate ensures that all Guests are provided with prompt, friendly service. The Server describes menu items, assists in making food and beverage selections, takes and enters orders, delivers food and beverages, processes payments, and assists fellow Team members to ensure Guest satisfaction at Corleones’.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Must be friendly, happy, upbeat, outgoing and positive.

Observant and responsive.

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Previous experience working in a full service, high volume establishment.

Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.

Basic math skills.

Knowledge of POS systems.

Ability to work effectively within a Team.

Available for Training prior to going on the floor.

Prepares dining room by setting, décor, condiments, napkins, service plates, utensils.

Helps Guest select food and beverages by presenting menu, suggesting courses, explaining Specialties, identifying appropriate wines and answering food questions.

Maintains table setting by removing courses as completed, replenishing utensils, refilling water glasses, being alert to Guests needs.

Protects establishment and Guests by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies.

Ability to be on your feet and alert for extended periods of time.

Continuous use of hands, arms, bending, reaching, and twisting.

Ability to carry 35 pounds as needed.

Ability to carry trays as needed.
