Confidence Connection is looking for talented ABA Therapists to join our clinical team.

This is a full-time, up to 40 hrs/wk, position. All our services are provided in our clinic in Needham, MA.

Rate: $26-30/hr

Job Description:

Responsible for providing intensive behavior intervention services to clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other language delays.

Duties:

• Provide direct therapy in individual and group sessions
• Complete weekly program writing and maintain client’s program book
• Work with consultant, Speech, and OT and implement individualized goals and checklists
• Implement individualized treatment plan as written and directed by behavior analyst
• Maintain respect and confidentiality for all clients
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies
• Maintain and protect the well being of all clients
• Record review (upon entrance into program and ongoing)
• Completion of the ABLLS-R/VB-MAPP
• Daily collection of required data
• Daily graphing of all required data (manding, behaviors, video modeling, IT acquisition, etc.)
• Progress reports on quarterly basis
• Communication with parents
• Maintenance of the student’s binder (has additional data sheets, is in order, etc)
• Identification of new targets for NET/IT programs
• Meet with CC team as needed
• Collaboration within CC team
• Ongoing BCBA supervision provided

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
