Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Equipment Operator to join our team. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of heavy machinery and equipment to support construction and maintenance projects. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Duties:
- Operate and maintain a variety of heavy equipment, including but not limited to:
- Tanker trucks
- Water trucks
- Loaders
- Backhoes
- Dump trucks
- Cranes
- Excavators
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Safely transport materials, equipment, and personnel to designated locations
- Follow project plans and specifications to complete tasks efficiently and accurately
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations while operating equipment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and project completion

Experience:
- Previous experience operating heavy equipment, such as tankers, water trucks, loaders, backhoes, dump trucks, cranes, or excavators.
- Knowledge of mechanical systems and ability to troubleshoot minor issues
- Familiarity with farm machinery is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
