Purpose: To provide material handling support functions to the Shipping/Receiving process in a safe and efficient manner.

Essential Duties/ Responsibilities*:

1. Operate forklifts in a safe and responsible manner.

2. Coordinate the loading and unloading of material.

3. Receive all incoming material from OSP.

4. Maintain and organize all pallets, boxes, and cardboard.

5. Proper use of packing slips, P.O. numbers, and labels.

6. Storing, moving, weighing, and retrieving WIP properly.

7. Create and print labels.

8. Properly package and load outgoing material, according to Job Traveler instructions.

9. Proper use of the beamers, including transferring of parts from warehouses.

10. Comply with CDM’s PPE guidelines including utilizing gloves, safety glasses and hearing protection as required.

Qualifications:

1. CDM forklift certification.

2. Ability to use beamer system and other related computer systems.

3. Ability to read and write English.

4. Ability to work in a team environment/excellent interpersonal skills.

5. Must be willing to work evenings/weekends as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Experience:

• operating a Tow Motor: 3 years (Preferred)
