Dispatchers/Schedulers will receive:

Dispatchers/Schedulers Requirements
- Must have prior customer service/dispatch experience
- Must be able to multi-task
- Must be able to prioritize and problem solve
- Must be positive and energetic
- Must have computer and multi-line phone experience
- Must have strong desire to grow and learn
Dispatchers/Schedulers Main Responsibilities Include the Following:
- Answer and directing incoming calls
- Take new loss information
- Prioritize new losses
- Schedule service crew appointments as needed
- Appointment follow-up
- Perform basic office duties
Job Type: Full-time / Monday to Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm
Compensation: $18 - $20/Hour Bonus
