Cincinnati Test Systems is Hiring an Assembly Technician Near Harrison, OH
Position Summary
To manually assemble complex industrial machining. Over the course of the machine build, the following duties are to be performed in a timely manner.
Your Day-to-Day:
- Basic wiring utilizing blueprint drawings
- Control Panel Wiring
- Layout and wiring of control panel
- Wiring and plumbing of pneumatics
- Utilizing strong motor skills and strong mechanical aptitude use power tools and hand tools to assemble frame of machine.
- Assembly of minor tooling; drilling and tapping
- Make and install guarding for machine
- With instructions from team lead - disassemble machine
- Crate machine
- Requires Forklift and Crane lift certification (will be provided after hire)
- Must work well with others; Team contributor
- Keep work area clean and safe
- Preform other duties as required or assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalency- required
- Electronic/ Trade School certificate or any higher education in electronics or mechanical systems preferred.
- 1-2 years of related work experience OR;
- Any appropriate combination of education and experience.
- Proficient with power and hand tools.
