Responsibilities:
- Experience in at least one of the following areas, with willingness to learn: Corporate Law, Litigation.
- Research and writing complex legal issues
- Appear in a court, arbitration, or other judicial tribunal
- Analyze and summarize legal documents.
- Negotiate with outside parties regarding contracts or other legal disputes.
- Identify and/or anticipate potential legal problems; develop strategies to avoid costly litigation and reduce potential areas of risk.
- Perform due diligence in legal matters.
- Additional responsibilities, as directed by leadership.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year experience as a practicing attorney. Must have passed the CA Bar or have admission pending.
- Must be graduate from a law school accredited to the American Bar Association
SALARY:
$70,000 - $75,000 per year
