Full time Preschool teacher needed. 40 hour state mandated courses preferred , but not required. Must be flexible and able to work as a team. Experience in Early childhood is desired, but again , not required

Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher to join our team. As a Teacher, you will play a crucial role in the development and education of young children. This position is responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes learning and growth.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans
- Provide a safe and supportive classroom environment
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and staff
- Conduct assessments to track student progress
- Collaborate with other teachers to enhance the learning experience
- Utilize various teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
- Incorporate technology into lessons when appropriate
- Monitor and manage student behavior
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and other relevant information

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (required)
- Previous experience working with students in a classroom setting (preferred)
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices
- Familiarity with special education strategies and accommodations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans and activities
- Patience, flexibility, and adaptability in working with diverse student populations
