Your Role on our Family as a Truck Unloader:
Unloading various trucks from 5:30am-7:30am OR 6:30am-8:30am. Option to just come in for your shift to unload the truck (10-12 hours per week Monday-Friday), OR option to unload the truck and then transition to work in the store for a shift either Front of the House or Back of the House.
Work in a fast-paced, high energy environment unloading, rotating, and organizing dry stock
Unloading and rotating refrigerator and freezer products 5 days a week
Confirm receipt of invoiced items
Submitting requests for reconciliation of any missing products from delivery
Your Role on Our Family as a Kitchen Team Member:
Work as a cook, in food prep, or in other kitchen staff roles
Work in a fast paced, high energy environment
Produce high quality food with precision and accuracy
Implementing proper quality-assurance and food-safety procedures

• Truck Team Members receive a $20 bonus for every truck unloading shift they are scheduled for and/or work to completion. This bonus does not apply if:

o you are training on/initially learning to do truck
o you are more than 30 minutes late to your scheduled shift
o you call out for the any portion of your shift beyond the 30 minutes threshold
o you forget to document your truck unloading shift with leadership (instructions on documentation will be explained during training)
Requirements/Responsibilities

No kitchen or restaurant-specific experience necessary
Excels in a fast-paced environment and handles stressful situations well

Willing and able to work in a physically demanding role (including able to lift up to 50 pounds, work on feet for several hours, able to work outdoors in drive-thru)
Be able to lift 50 pounds repeatedly
Unload truck delivery pallets from overnight drop
Rotate stock using FIFO method
Responsible for not leaving any product on the floor
Must be self-motivated and able to work at fast pace without close supervision
Must be able to adhere to restaurant organization flow
This job is not for everyone. During peak hours, Chick-fil-A kitchens serve over 400 guests in an hour (that’s full meal produced every 10 seconds). While serving our guests with cravable hot food, we must keep our kitchen spotless and well stocked. Your job will be to perform repeated tasks with excellence in a fast paced environment.
