Description

An order entry representative will be involved with and responsible for providing a high level of quality service to our customers, both internally and externally. They will be responsible to meet internal efficiency goals and ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures. This is an onsite position at our Cuyahoga Falls, OH site. Monday - Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
Duties and responsibilities

• High amount of customer interaction over the phone regarding product information, complaints, returns and repairs
• Build rapport with customers by greeting them in a courteous, friendly and professional manner
• Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns and demonstrate empathy
• Ability to remain calm and collected during escalated situations
• Communicate effectively with individuals/teams across various departments in the company to ensure high quality and timely expedition of customer requests
• Ability to handle confidential information appropriately and communicate in a professional and courteous manner at all times
• Ability to input orders, process credits and update data in SAP system in a timely and accurate manner
• Ability to multitask with strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative to help team members during downtime
• Contribute ideas on ways to resolve problems to better serve the customer and/or improve productivity
• Possible back-up to front desk receptionist

Qualifications
The minimum qualifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability needed in order to successfully perform the job.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in order entry, customer service or sales is a plus
• Must possess good math skills
• Must have a professional appearance and phone voice skills
• PC proficiency and experience with SAP
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel a plus
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written and oral instructions
• Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations
