**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated Director of Rehabilitation to oversee our rehabilitation department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in budgeting, medical office management, human resources, and practice management.

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement rehabilitation programs to meet the needs of patients

- Manage day-to-day operations of the rehabilitation department

- Oversee staff scheduling and ensure adequate coverage

- Monitor and evaluate the quality of patient care provided

- Collaborate with medical professionals to optimize patient outcomes

- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines

- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff

**Qualifications:**

- Prefer PT, OT, or SLP for this role

- Previous experience in a leadership role within a hospital or skilled nursing facility setting

- Knowledge Point Click Care and Nethealth software

- Strong financial management skills with experience in budgeting

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to effectively manage a team and prioritize tasks
