The Senior Systems Solution Architect is responsible for the creation and design of all new client technical solutions. They will collaborate with clients to determine which products meet their technological needs. Successful candidates will have a deep understanding of a wide range of technologies including physical infrastructure equipment and software related to clients’ networks and server/storage environments and/or Voice/VoIP equipment. 

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate strategy sessions and answer client questions regarding compatibility, functionality, and implementation of products.
• Possess a strong client / sales focus with ability to communicate technical concepts with clients across all knowledge levels in a positive, clear, and concise manner.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of all tools and services in the Centaris stack.
• Create and deliver client presentations to promote new products or offerings.
• Train sales teams on the technical aspects of products or services, enabling them to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
• Provide final approval of all project scopes of work and review final quotes for accuracy.

Education and Experience:

Experience preferred but not all necessary

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, or Information Systems (or related degree/equivalent combination of work experience).
• Advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
• 10 years of information technology experience

• Experience with MS Azure, Intune, WVD, M365, and O365 migrations.
• Experience with SharePoint and Teams.
• Advanced technical support and the ability to troubleshoot at the network level: WAN and LAN connectivity, Layer 2/3 switching, routers, firewalls, and security.
• Advanced understanding of operating systems, business applications, printing systems, and network systems.
• Experience with VMware up to version 7.0
• Experience with HP and Dell SAN’s.
• Experience with Server 2003-2019.
