CC Young, a Continuing Care Retirement Community and a not-for-profit leader in Senior Housing and Health Care is seeking an Overnight Courtesy Officer / Maintenance Technician to help maintain a safe and secure environment all our residents, staff, and visitors and perform preventative care to all areas of the facility as needed.

The shift hours are Sunday- Thursday 10:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.

The job duties for this position includes, but are not limited to:

• Maintains the physical security of the campus grounds and buildings.
• Assists residents as needed.
• Aids in directing and escorting outside visitors, including emergency personnel, applicants, and other visiting parties.
• Works with other team members and Director of Maintenance to evaluate emergency maintenance and repair issues and makes recommendations on how best to isolate and/or implement required repairs.
• Conducts scheduled and other maintenance procedures as required.
• Assists with facility upkeep and repair.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

The minimum requirements for this position include, but are not limited to:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 years of experience as a Security Guard, preferably on a large campus or property.
• Possession of a valid driver license in good standing.
• Ability to identify and propose solutions to maintenance and security issues.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills for interaction with all levels of company, resident, visitor, vendor, and emergency personnel
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., with the ability to bend, stoop, push, pull and reach while performing job duties in a safe manner.

Pay Range: $18.00 to $20.00 an hour
