**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will assist healthcare professionals in providing patient care, performing administrative duties, and ensuring smooth clinic operations.

**Duties:**

- Room patients and Perform vital signs assessment and record patient information accurately

- Assist with patient examinations

- Perform EKG's

- Prior Authorizations for medications

- Prescription refills

- Patient Phone Calls- emergent and non-emergent

- Maintain medical records and ensure confidentiality of patient information

- Traveling Required to our Orange County offices when necessary

**Requirements:**

- 2 years medical office experience rqeuired

- Knowledge of Electronic Medical Records. Use of E-clinical works software a plus.

- Proficiency in basic life support (BLS) and medical terminology

- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical procedures

- Prior customer service experience

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Prior experience working in a clinical setting is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.50 - $23.00 per hour
