Immediate Full-Time Field Specialists
Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
Covers: 1-on-1 caregiving with patients in home setting, Child Care Cases, Medical Transportation, Staffing
Need: Current CNA or MA certification
Gas: $10 per day fuel allowance per day you work
Guaranteed: 30 hours a week
Must Have: 5 days of availability one being a weekend day; 7AM-7PM availability
Description: Are you passionate about patient care and looking for an exciting opportunity to lead in the field? Look no further than Brightstar Care's Field Specialist Role! This is our top position for field staff, and we are looking for someone like you to join the team.
As a Field Specialist, you will be on call for five days a week, with one day available on the weekend from 7am to 7pm. Although this does not necessarily mean you will work 12-hour shifts every day, you must be available on the agreed-upon days if needed.
We offer a range of services, including 1-on-1 caregiving in patients' homes, medical transportation, staffing, and childcare. We guarantee full-time work and ensure that you receive 30 hours of pay a week, whether you are called in for a shift or not. Our experienced supervisors, who have previously been in the Field Specialist Role, provide excellent communication and support, having been in your position before. This shows that you can move up in the company over time.
This position requires you to travel to any and all patients assigned within our Austin territories. Plus, we offer a gas incentive that potentially can get you $50 a week to assist with gas.
