WHAT TYPE OF WORK DO YOU PROVIDE?

You enjoy a Monday to Friday schedule between 7 AM and 3 PM, with rotating Saturday morning shifts and minimal overtime.

Your mornings begin with purpose as you review call debriefs, follow up with customers, and assign open calls to skilled technicians. You provide exceptional customer service while also handling various CXR tasks. With a meticulously updated dispatch board, you ensure technicians have all the necessary information for efficient work. Keeping customers informed about their appointments, verifying details, and coordinating with the Inventory Manager on parts and pricing showcase your commitment to excellence. You confidently convey knowledge about memberships, adeptly closing sales over the phone, email, or text. Your flexibility shines as you keep the On-Call schedule and call center up to date with scheduling changes. Reporting KPIs to the Service Manager, forecasting labor trends, and calculating tech lead conversions demonstrate your dedication to continuous improvement. Your indispensable role ensures prompt and efficient service, making a positive impact on customer satisfaction and the success of our HVAC team!
