Our esteemed advertising agency partner is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join their innovative team. This role offers the opportunity to spearhead exciting projects in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Role Overview: The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in orchestrating and delivering various advertising and marketing projects. They will be responsible for ensuring seamless project execution from inception to completion, driving timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, strategy, and account management to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor project budgets, expenses, and resource utilization, ensuring adherence to financial parameters.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, managing expectations, and addressing concerns proactively.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external vendors to facilitate effective collaboration and project execution.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to assess outcomes, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in an agency setting
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and staying within budget constraints.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and clients.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • PMP certification is a plus.

Location: This is a remote-first position; however, candidates must be based within 60-120 miles of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
