We are looking for high-energy individuals to work with elementary age youth attending the Boys & Girls Clubs locations in Fargo. Must be minimum 18 years of age and pass a criminal background check.
BGC kids have so much fun, and so can you! Indoor & outdoor activities, sports, STEM, art activities, and more!
Summer Program Hours:
6:45 am – 6:00 pm
Flexible morning and afternoon schedules are available with no nights or weekends! We value youth and staff development! Starting wage is $15.50 /hour, with growth & leadership potential!

About Boys & Girls Clubs of the Red River Valley
The Boys & Girls Clubs of the Red River Valley provides before-and after-school, all-day, and summer youth development programming to youth age 5 to 17 years old in grades K through 12. We provide youth a safe place to learn and grow, ongoing relationships with caring mentors, life enhancing programs, character development, hope, and opportunity. Youth also participate in activities promoting community & civic involvement, health & wellness, moral compass & positive self-identity; as well as competencies in education, employment, and social, emotional, and cultural wellbeing. Youth development activities are based on Academic Success, Character & Leadership, and Healthy Lifestyles.
