Ability to work independently to update the agency's bus stop inventory and conduct rider surveys. Requirements include working outdoors that includes walking and taking public transportation. Incumbent will solicit in-person rider feedback and may engage with the public through social media and other online platforms. Experience or the ability to learn ArcGIS and Microsoft Excel is preferred.
