Job Description
Join the Property Inspection division at CalPro Inspection Group, Northern California's fastest-growing Inspection & Pest Control company. Job Duties:
- Perform property inspections, adhering to InterNACHI standards of practice
- Transcribe your findings & recommendations into a report, including photos
- Provide excellent customer service, including on-site report reviews & future follow-up's
Qualifications:
- Have a good driving record
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written
- Ability to crawl on knees and stomach
- Ability to climb ladders
- Ability to work in confined space
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be punctual
- Willing & able to adapt to an ever-changing industry & rapidly growing company
- Strong computer skills
Experience/Training:
- Inspection experience - Preferred
- Customer service/Relations - Preferred
- Building experience - Beneficial
