Job Description:

In your role as a Mid Accountant II - Internal Use Software, you will:

• Develop process flows, process narratives, standard operating procedures, risk assessments, and internal control test plans. 
• Develop business process: documentation, review tools, templates, and monitoring processes. 
• Perform quality control reviews of business process documentation and provide guidance and feedback to address weaknesses and gaps. 
• Review of documentation to identify Internal Use Software (IUS).
• Document, monitor, and maintain IUS populations. 
• Validate expenditures to verify GAAP compliance in the valuation of IUS projects. 
• Reconcile IUS expenditures to multiple relevant IT systems. 
• Provide guidance and assistance in the development and sustainment of Key Support Documents (KSD) for IUS assets. 
• Demonstrate specialized experience with the development and implementation of auditable cost accumulation policy frameworks. 
• Demonstrate specialized experience with the development of GAAP-compliant PP&E valuation methodologies. 
• Demonstrate specialized experience executing audit assertion processes to achieve an unmodified audit opinion.

Required Skills:

• TS/SCI clearance
• At least 3 years of experience
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent work experience
• Demonstrated specialized experience in the area of the Federal Information System Control Audit Manual (FISCAM)
• Demonstrated specialized DoD/IC Audit or Audit Readiness experience
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
