Job Summary:

• Collect and remove all rubbish from the building and the grounds daily.
• Make minor repairs, replace light bulbs and report any major repairs or problems on a daily basis to the supervisor
• Perform landscape work, such as mowing the lawn, weeding, planting, and removal of snow, according to instruction of the Plant Supervisor.
• Be responsible for the use, return, and care of tools used which have been supplied by the company.
• Assist the Plant Supervisor with any projects or repairs which require assistance.
• Document work that is performed.
• Works scheduled days, including rotating weekends.

Qualifications:

EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent.

TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE: No experience is necessary but is desirable. On-the-job training will be provided.
