Our current Client is seeking highly organized and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Events Specialists in the Lafayette-Indianapolis Area. The Events Specialist will be responsible for getting to and from, setup and take down, and executing various educational material, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for all attendees. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

After training, you will perform live demonstrations at local events, or in metro areas, or travel if you desire. We attend events like: health expos, home and garden shows, festivals and expos.

You would welcome and engage customers while performing positive and educational demonstrations every 45 minutes. Working an average of 150 show days per year allows you up to eight weeks off for vacation.

Pay is weekly and for those who apply themselves in training, income can be received within 10 days after field training. Production bonuses will normally pay for travel expenses for those who want to travel and a health insurance option is available.

Requirements:

• For proper transport of display and equipment: a SUV, van, truck, or covered trailer is vital for this position
• Proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably in a trade show or event environment.
• Teaching and educating others in an educational manner in a fast paced environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work in various locations, typically within a 3-hour distance.
• Self-motivated with an ability to learn our proven systems and close deals

**Familiarity with trade show etiquette and best practices is a plus.
