Human Resources Intern – Marketing

Summary: : In this position, you will work closely with members of the HR team to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions. Your primary responsibilities will include supporting the recruitment process, assisting with onboarding tasks, conducting reverse recruiting activities, coordinating recruitment events and parades, and providing administrative support to the HR team. Additionally, you will be involved in scanning documents, tracking referral sources, facilitating team member communications, and performing other assigned duties. This position will also assist in executing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, creating content, managing social media platforms, analyzing data, and providing general administrative support.

Scheduled hours: 8:00am – 4:30pm, Monday – Friday. 

Requirements: 

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Current enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program in Human Resources, Marketing, Business or other related field
