We’re looking for a strategic, experienced, and data-driven Marketing Manager with a proven track record of success in leading marketing initiatives – from content strategy and ideation to development and production across multiple channels - including websites, landing page experience, social media, Google Ads, and more. This role will focus on brand building, creative direction, campaign strategy & development, content generation, platform & channel optimization, and more. As Marketing Director, you will own and execute AHP and Ipractice strategy and programs to grow the pipeline and awareness. You will use data, analysis, and insights to develop and implement strategies on how we maximize digital marketing and advertising through systems like Google, social media platforms, and other digital channels. In addition, you will build a positive patient experience on our websites/ social media accounts and will be responsible for its overall design and functionality as well as monitoring and analysis of performance. Must reside in, or relocate to, the Austin metro area.

Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range (or have the minimum apply to them), but rather, the exact salary will be dependent on the successful candidate's location, relevant knowledge skills, and qualifications.

REQUIREMENTS - Education & Skills
Proven track record of successful developing and implementing strategic initiatives and programs. Demonstrable experience managing stakeholders across the organization and the operations team.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS, ENVIRONMENT & EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
The employee is occasionally required to sit, stand, kneel, or squat and lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. This job will require very minimal exposure to patient elements. This role routinely uses standard office equipment. The core hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., but can vary depending on business needs. This position will require occasional weekend and evening hours. Occasional travel between the CBO and clinics located throughout the Austin metro area.
