Austin Health Partners is Hiring a Marketing Manager Near Austin, TX

We’re looking for a strategic, experienced, and data-driven Marketing Manager with a proven track record of success in leading marketing initiatives – from content strategy and ideation to development and production across multiple channels - including websites, landing page experience, social media, Google Ads, and more. This role will focus on brand building, creative direction, campaign strategy & development, content generation, platform & channel optimization, and more. As Marketing Director, you will own and execute AHP and Ipractice strategy and programs to grow the pipeline and awareness. You will use data, analysis, and insights to develop and implement strategies on how we maximize digital marketing and advertising through systems like Google, social media platforms, and other digital channels. In addition, you will build a positive patient experience on our websites/ social media accounts and will be responsible for its overall design and functionality as well as monitoring and analysis of performance. Must reside in, or relocate to, the Austin metro area.

Austin Health Partners (AHP) is an independently-owned, physician-led Pediatric and Family Medicine Supergroup consisting of multiple care centers in Austin, Cedar Park, Round Rock, Georgetown and Pflugerville. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range (or have the minimum apply to them), but rather, the exact salary will be dependent on the successful candidate's location, relevant knowledge skills, and qualifications.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan and execute all marketing efforts for the organization, including SEO/SEM, website, social media, paid search and social, and display advertising campaigns
  • Develop and maintain an editorial calendar, and manage content creation, editing, and publishing workflow in a timely and organized manner.
  • Align budgets, department resources and personal to support the overall AHP strategy
  • Provider strategy oversight and a strong business approach to merge existing systems & developing models for future events
  • Refine strategies to improve ROI
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Use market research and campaign performance to develop new and creative growth strategies
  • Taking the lead in brand PR strategies and heavily involved in larger brand marketing plans (from inception), always considering long-term and short-term goals for each brand
  • Manage direct reports, including conducting weekly department meetings, monthly 1:1s and quarterly reviews & annual performance
  • Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end patient experience across multiple channels and patient touchpoints
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally and with vendor partners
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
  • Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS - Education & Skills

Proven track record of successful developing and implementing strategic initiatives and programs. Demonstrable experience managing stakeholders across the organization and the operations team.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is required. Master’s Degree preferred.
  • Four years of digital marketing experience are required.
  • Prior experience managing a team of 3 or more is required.
  • Experience with creative design programs, including Adobe Illustrator and InDesign, Canva
  • Strong knowledge of social media trends, platforms, analytics, and online tracking and monitoring tools.
  • Expert knowledge of WordPress and basic web principles
  • Familiarity with Search Engine Optimization
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and other analytical tools
  • Expertise in Google Ads
  • Google Analytics Certification preferred.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS, ENVIRONMENT & EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK

The employee is occasionally required to sit, stand, kneel, or squat and lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. This job will require very minimal exposure to patient elements. This role routinely uses standard office equipment. The core hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., but can vary depending on business needs. This position will require occasional weekend and evening hours. Occasional travel between the CBO and clinics located throughout the Austin metro area.
