SUPERVISOR’S TITLE: Dietary Services Supervisor
WORK SCHEDULE: Varied Hours,
Sunday – Friday, 5:00 AM – 7:00 PM
SUMMARY OF POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Under the direct supervision of the Dietary Services Supervisor, Kitchen Staff will be responsible for preparing meals according to recipes for residents and staff. In addition, Kitchen Staff will be responsible for cleaning all items used to prepare and serve meals, maintaining a sanitary kitchen, in addition to maintaining an inventory of supplies needed for the kitchen. Work schedule may include occasional weekends, holidays and irregular hours when necessary or warranted.
