BASCO the leading appliance supply company is looking for an inventory control specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a high level of motivation, attention to detail, be able problem solve effectively, supply management with reporting and you must be able to communicate well.

Essential Responsibilities:

Weekly inventory cycle counts including reconciliation to determine the item's status.

Developing & implementing inventory procedures regarding the disposition of obsolete inventory

Works directly with other teams including, warehouse, purchasing, and accounting

Auditing of the company’s entire inventory on a regular basis and provides reports to the management team.

Demonstrates the ability to quickly adapt to changing conditions and solve problems immediately.

Shows the ability to work well under pressure

Possesses effective written and verbal communication skills

Exhibits the ability to work well with others and maintain organization between cross-related departments.

Displays the ability to multitask and handle multiple issues at the same time.

Other Requirements

Must have minimum of 3 years wholesale\retail distribution and warehousing

Intermediate experience using Excel

Experience using an ERP Systems

Work Environment:

Monday through Friday

8:00am to 5:00pm

Extreme heat and cold can be experienced.

Time spent standing and walking around the warehouse.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

• Inventory control: 2 years (Preferred)
