Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Shift:
* 8 am - 5 pm, Monday-Friday (Potential for Tuesdays and Thursdays)
Wage:
* $19.00-$20.00/hr.
Job Description: As a Warehouse Associate, you will primarily focus on various tasks within the warehouse operations. You will be cross-trained in multiple areas to ensure versatility and efficiency in daily activities. Duties include but are not limited to order picking, assembling kits, packaging, shipping and receiving, monitoring railcar transfers, cleaning the warehouse, and other responsibilities as assigned.
Key Responsibilities:
* Order picking and assembly of kits
* Packaging and shipping of products
* Receiving and monitoring railcar transfers
* General warehouse cleaning and maintenance
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
* Flexibility with job assignments
* Basic computer skills, including creating shipping labels
* Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
* Experience or willingness to learn forklift operation
Additional Duties: Working on the rails, receiving deliveries from a railcar, involving outdoor exposure and climbing railcars to connect hoses for product extraction into storage units.
Requirements:
* Prior LTL shipping experience
* Own transportation for commuting to and from work
* Preferred: Familiarity with shipping paperwork (BOLs)
* Preferred: Basic computer experience (email, Word, Excel & PDF)
Training: We provide training for forklift operation and other necessary skills.
