We are excited to be adding to our Accounting Team! As the Treasury Account at Bindtech, you will be responsible for preparing the Companies’ daily cash positions and forecasting cash flows. The ideal candidate for this position is a skilled multi-tasker, who pays attention to detail, is reliable and committed to the job.

Responsibilities include:

Cash Management

· Enter daily cash receipts for 8 entities

· Prepare daily cash positions for 8 entities

· Research and reconcile daily errors, exceptions items, unexpected charges, uncleared checks, etc.

· Monthly bank reconciliation for over 35 bank accounts within 19 companies

· Prepare forecasted cash flow for 8 companies bi-weekly

· Intercompany transaction movement for 8 companies

· Monthly Loan management for over 10 loans

Payroll

· Payroll and timecard preparation for 8 entities

· Enter bi-weekly payroll for 8 entities

· Preparation of accrued payroll, vacation, 401k, etc. monthly

Assist with the day-to-day needs of the rest of the Accounting Department.

Requirements:

5 years of accounting experience

2 years of treasury/cash management experience

Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel – a test will be given if interviewed.

Advanced skills in accounting software such as QuickBooks Online, Xero, etc.

Advanced computer skills are required.

Compensation commensurate with experience
