Berkeley Eye's seeks to add an experienced Bilingual Ophthalmic Assistant to the Retina Team Travel is to 4-5 Berkeley Eye Center locations throughout the Greater Houston area. We reimburse for mileage based on IRS guidelines.

Full-time position (Monday through Friday) Qualified candidates need 2 years of retina tech experience in an ophthalmology environment. Experience with an electronic medical records system is a plus.

Duties to include: taking patient medical history; performing tests including VA, Tonometry, Retinal Imaging with OCT, IOL Master, Topography, Visual Field and Fundus photography. may also occasionally include scribing, which includes accurately inputting dictated information into electronic medical record, as directed by the physician;

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 – 40 per week
