Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front End Associate. As a Front End Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive Dine-in experience for our customers. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced hospitality environment and have excellent communication skills.

Duties:

- Greet customers with a warm and friendly spirit.

- Assist customers with their purchase if needed, Tea-making, food making, food packing

- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system

- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions

- Maintain a clean and organized store

- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products or services

- Manager's assistant per request.

Requirements:

- Previous retail experience is preferred

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Proficiency in English; multilingual skills, especially Spanish, are a plus

- Restaurant or food knowledge is must.

- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.21 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
