**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated Grounds Crew Foreman to join our team. The Foreman will be the first assistant to the Head Golf Course Superintendent and be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of our outdoor grounds,

**Responsibilities:**

- Keep all mowing and turf equipment operating at the highest level

- Utilize hand tools and power tools to maintain gardens, lawns, and landscapes

- Perform groundskeeping duties such as mowing, edging, weeding, and pruning

- Irrigate plants, trees, and grass as needed

- Assist in landscape maintenance projects

- Keep outdoor areas clean and free of debris

- Monitor and report any issues related to plant health or landscape aesthetics

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in groundskeeping or related field

- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for landscaping tasks

- Knowledge of lawn care techniques and landscape maintenance practices

- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment

- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to grounds maintenance
