Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Meat Carver to join our team. As a Meat Carver, you will be responsible for preparing and carving various cuts of meat for our customers. This role requires excellent knife skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality food.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and carve different cuts of meat according to customer preferences and specifications
- Ensure proper portion control and presentation of meat dishes
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the meat carving area
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, making recommendations, and upselling menu items
- Operate POS system for cash handling and order processing
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations

Experience:
- Previous experience as a Meat Carver or similar role in a restaurant or food service setting
- Strong knowledge of different cuts of meat and their preparation methods
- Excellent knife skills and ability to handle sharp tools safely
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Basic math skills for portion control and inventory management
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and sanitation practices

Salary: $9.00 - $10.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
