Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Patient Care Coordinator. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our medical office. Responsible for interacting with patients and managing administrative tasks for the medical team. Keep a clean and welcoming environment for patients. Caring demeanor. Detail oriented and ability to multi-task. Efficient in tasks for accuracy of patient information and messages. Time management and professional work ethic is imperative.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient information
• Answering incoming calls quickly and routing calls for patient concerns
• Collecting, posting patient payments accurately
• Optimizing providers schedules to keep schedules filled
• Reviewing for documents needed for upcoming appointments
• Scanning and maintaining fax inbox through eClinicalWorks
• Maintaining lobby area throughout the day for neatness
• Knowledge and adherence to HIPAA
• Flexibility as needed to help with growth of practice
• Excellent with multi-tasking

Requirements

• Previous experience working in a medical practice preferred
• Positive attitude
• Demonstrate professional conduct and attention to detail
• Timely arrival and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Aptitude for problem solving
• Works well with other staff and medical entities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.45 - $16.55 per hour
