Applicants must possess a positive and energetic attitude and exceptional customer service and communication skills. Must be extremely detailed and can meet or exceed customers' expectations. You must have a professional demeanor and the ability to present yourself well.

Requirements:

• Ability to assist customers over the phone and email to close sales.
• Well-versed in Windows PC applications, including the ability to learn new computer system applications
• Ability to remain focused and productive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• First-rate verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to hit the ground running
• Solid math skills
• Some sales experience is preferred
