We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a SEWP Bid Desk Specialist. This entails keeping up-to-date with our manufacturers and vendors, answering bids posted on SEWP, and processing any orders from this contract. Awdata seeks potential employees with a passion for learning, a competitive drive, and an outstanding work ethic. The position is full-time and requires someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and self-driven.

• Duties include but are not limited to:
• Getting up-to-date pricing and availability from vendors
• Preparing proposals for customer requirements
• Handling returns and problem resolution
• Develop a complete understanding of vendor programs, manufacture programs, contract vehicles, products, and solutions

Skills:

• Highly proficient knowledge of CRM, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Excel.
• Extremely organized and able to handle multiple concurrent projects or responsibilities -Great attention to detail and accuracy in work performed
• Strong emphasis on problem-solving and resolution
• Professional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently on multiple projects within a fast-paced/high-volume environment
• Ability to successfully meet deadlines
• Must have a clean Background Check

Education:

· High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Hours: Full Time Monday through Friday 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Hybrid position, In office mandatory Mondays and Fridays - LOCATED IN OLDSMAR, FL

Base Salary : $42,500.00

OTE: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year - Supplemental pay types:

· Bonus pay

· Commission pay
