Job Overview: Join our team as a Sales Assistant, supporting the EVP of Ladies Outerwear and the Ladies Outerwear Sales team with administrative tasks. Dive into daily reporting, manage email correspondence with retail buyers and internal teams, and ensure accurate analysis of retailer purchase orders tailored to Ladies Outerwear. Collaborate closely with the Sales team to maintain showroom excellence and contribute to direct retail specialty store selling. Manage styles in our Nu-order & PLM systems, focusing on the Ladies Outerwear collection.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Maintain and coordinate sales team appointments and the overall market calendar.
• Managing EVP’s email, calendar, travel arrangements, expense reports, and more.
• Prepare for market meetings and other appointments by organizing samples, setting up the showroom, and compiling reports.
• Provide support during market meetings by taking notes and following up on action items.
• Provide support to the sales team to ensure they have daily selling reports with photos and available-for-sale inventory details tailored to Ladies Outerwear.
• Check Ladies Outerwear account orders for accuracy and assist operations team with order processing and EDI issues specific to Ladies Outerwear, including order confirmation process and shipment tracking.
• Maintain the Ladies Outerwear showroom.
• Organize, label, track, and ship Ladies Outerwear samples to retailers and for in-house marketing team’s photography shoots.
• Organize and distribute Ladies Outerwear marketing photos to retailers.
• Maintain account style list and description for e-commerce businesses specific to Ladies Outerwear.
• Engage in daily communication with retailers, including completing Ladies Outerwear retailer-specific documents, such as Features & Benefits; NRF Rollups (Macy’s); SSC quality checks (Nordstrom & Nordstrom Rack).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 1 years of fashion industry experience.
• Effective time management and multitasking abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation.
• Creative problem-solving skills and resilience under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and strong Excel skills.
• Working knowledge of Dropbox, WeTransfer, and Illustrator.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods, handle sample cartons, and pack/unpack efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
