Diamond Braces is seeking a Treatment Coordinator who will champion the administrative duties crucial to our patient journey. From the initial Diamond Braces welcome call to the active treatment phase and beyond, your role will play a pivotal part in shaping a positive patient experience. You will partner with clinical teams and office management to consistently deliver exceptional service, drive sales, and optimize overall patient care and office performance. This position is full-time and will be 100% on-site at our office. Local travel between offices may be required. Essential Functions
  • Deliver the ‘AAA Experience’ to all patients – communicating the Diamond Braces commitment to Affordable and Accessible care with Amazing service
  • Drive personal and office performance by achieving goals as set by the company and practice management
  • Answer phone calls and inquiries with excellence, utilizing verbal and written communication skills through various channels
  • Manage appointments, ensuring full schedules are maintained to optimize patient flow
  • Greet customers promptly and warmly, creating a comfortable environment that sets the tone for a positive experience
  • Present patients with necessary information and documentation, showcasing your commitment to transparency and service
  • Enter customer demographic information into the Patient Management Software following established protocols
  • Import all corresponding information into Patient Management Software, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Follow established protocols for all procedures, ensuring consistency and quality of patient interactions and office operations
  • Verify Insurance Eligibility, policy usage and limitations; Follow up with patients on benefits and insurance coverage as needed
  • Assist in updating and maintaining customer dental records
  • Follow-up and maintain contact with customers who are unscheduled for treatment to ensuring a healthy office schedule and fostering ongoing patient engagement
  • Provide support to dentists and staff as needed
  • Prevent the spread of infection and disease by maintaining a surgically clean work environment, contributing to the overall safety and well-being of patients and staff
  • Embrace a flexible approach by handling miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
