Are you looking to break into the insurance industry? Great, your base salary will start at $40,000 and first year commissions are expected to be around $75,000
Are you an experienced insurance sales veteran looking for a change of scenery? Your base salary will start at $35,000 and our top earners made $60,000 in commission last year."

Client Engagement : Engage with clients to understand their insurance requirements and provide personalized recommendations.
Sales Calls : Conduct outbound calls to potential customers, presenting insurance options and benefits.
Paperwork Processing : Assist clients in completing necessary paperwork for insurance policies and claims.
Customer Support : Address client inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Policy Review : Conduct periodic reviews of client policies to ensure coverage adequacy and recommend adjustments as needed.
Requirement
Licensing : Possess or obtain a California Insurance license. Experience : Previous experience in insurance or sales is advantageous.
