In this role, you will have the opportunity to perform various tasks such as residential pest treatments, inspections, general pest services and termite control. You will be responsible for providing route-based services to customers communicating effectively with customers, fulfilling a daily production schedule and controlling insects, rodents, termites, bed bugs, and other pests using professional products and tactics in accordance with labels and regulations. You will conduct home and property inspections, remove unwanted pests, and provide detailed plans on how to effectively treat infestation areas and design further control strategies such as Integrated Pest Management. All service-related paperwork will need to be completed and submitted in a timely and orderly fashion and you will maintain the assigned service vehicle equipment and tools in clean and good working condition, adhering to all driving laws and company policies when operating company vehicles.

Pest Control License Preferred! We also do provide on-the-job training and mentoring to help you succeed. However, we do require a valid driver's license with a good driving record, pest control license, the ability to pass a background check and drug test, a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, time management skills and a strong aptitude for customer service.
