Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Low Voltage Cable Lead Installer/Technician to join our team. This role requires a dedicated professional with a keen eye for detail and a passion for technology. You will lead projects installing various types of cabling systems, ensuring high standards of workmanship and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the installation and configuration of CAT5e, CAT6, and fiber optic cables.

- Perform and supervise the installation of wireless access points, support structures, and building pathways.

- Manage and train crew members, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.

- Complete detailed documentation and project closeout notes efficiently.

- Engage with clients as the company liaison, ensuring all customer requirements are met and exceeded.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; further technical training preferred.

- 5-7 years of relevant experience in low voltage cable installation.

- Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage small teams.

- Strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in reading blueprints and schematic diagrams.

- Excellent communication skills and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

- Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and lift up to 50 pounds.

- Valid state driver’s license and ability to travel within 75 miles of Tampa as needed.
