ABM - Central Piedmont Community College is Hiring a General Maintenance Technician (3rd Shift) Near Charlotte, NC

We are looking for 3rd shift tech (For an Immediate interview). 11 pm -7:30 am Tuesday - Saturday
General Maintenance Technician.
- Completes preventive and corrective work orders as assigned.
- Familiar with basic HVAC, electrical, and plumbing including restroom fixture repair and replacements (Excluding any refrigerant work requiring EPA Universal Certification).
- Ability to identify equipment defects by visual and/or audio inspection.
- Advises supervision of identified defects in equipment and potential problems that require additional attention.
- Carries out varieties of general repair tasks – first responder duties.
- Maintains equipment logs as directed in the CMMS work order system.
- Maintain lighting and mechanical equipment rooms in a safe, clean manner.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Must be available for the shared schedule for after-hours support rotation.
- Other similar responsibilities.
