Acuity is seeking an experienced recruiter to join the Human Resources department as a Human Resources Specialist. Primary responsibilities include attracting and recruiting exempt and nonexempt employees using pro-active sourcing methods such as social media and direct calling while managing the full cycle recruiting process. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to, partnering with department leaders to support talent needs and guide managers on the attraction, development, engagement and retention of key talent.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree or extensive direct experience.
Relevant certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, PRC or similar designations helpful.
EXPERIENCE:
Three (3) or more years of Talent Acquisition experience.
This position is classified as exempt.
