AAMCI is recruiting individuals who are experienced with HUD Section 8 and Tax credit LIHTC programs to add to our Certification Team at Creekside Townhomes, a 500-unit property located in Dayton, OH.

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. $18 - $20 per hour

Creekside Townhomes is an affordable housing community with HUD Section 8 rent subsidy as well as Tax Credits LIHTC.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Verify income, assets, household composition and allowable expenses
• Prepare initial, annual, and interim certifications for assigned residents maintaining full compliance with HUD Section 8 and Tax Credit LIHTC regulations
• EIV record keeping and follow-up
• Maintain resident files in accordance with AAMCI policy and procedures
• Data entry and correspondence

Qualifications necessary for success:

• Ability to meet strict deadlines
• Minimum of 1 year HUD Section 8 certification experience (required)
• Tax Credit LIHTC certification experience (preferred)
• High level of organizational skills
• Ability to calmly handle difficult situations
• Work and interact effectively with others
• Yardi Voyager experience (preferred)
• Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) or other affordable housing regulatory certification (preferred)
