As the Director of Fuel Programs, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of fuel sales strategies to grow the fuel network for our trucking company. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to drive revenue growth and increase market share in the fuel industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the fuel network and increase fuel sales.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the fuel customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with fuel suppliers, distributors, and other key stakeholders.
  • Negotiate fuel pricing and contracts to ensure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of fuel programs to achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing and promotional campaigns to drive fuel sales.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the fuel programs team to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience in fuel sales, business development, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of the trucking industry and fuel market dynamics.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
