Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bridal Alterations Specialist to join our team. The Bridal Alterations Specialist will be responsible for providing expert alterations services to ensure that each bride's dress fits perfectly and enhances her natural beauty. The ideal candidate will have a passion for bridal fashion, excellent sewing skills, and a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Perform fittings and alterations on bridal gowns, bridesmaid dresses, and other bridal attire
• Consult with brides to understand their preferences and ensure their satisfaction with alterations
• Make necessary adjustments to garment structure, including hemming, taking in or letting out seams, and adjusting necklines and sleeves
• Work closely with bridal consultants to coordinate fittings and ensure timely completion of alterations
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sewing equipment and supplies
• Uphold the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship in all alterations work
• Keep up-to-date with bridal fashion trends and techniques in alterations

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a seamstress or tailor, with a focus on bridal or formalwear alterations
• Strong sewing skills and proficiency with a variety of alteration techniques and equipment
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with team members and interact professionally with clients
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed, especially during peak wedding season
• Passion for bridal fashion and a desire to help brides look and feel their best on their wedding day
