Job Summary: We are currently seeking a meticulous and organized Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of our facility. Housekeeper Accountabilities:

• Perform daily cleaning tasks to maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the facility.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to remove dirt, debris, and stains.
• Dust and polish surfaces, including furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors.
• Empty trash cans and dispose of waste materials properly.
• Wash and fold linens and towels.
• Replenish supplies, such as soap, toilet paper, and cleaning products.
• Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in common areas, including entrances, lobbies, hallways, and meeting rooms.
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist with setting up and organizing spaces for meetings, events, and activities.
• Adhere to health and sanitation regulations to ensure a hygienic environment.
• Follow established safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with other team members to coordinate cleaning schedules and tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing any facility-related concerns or requests.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and inspections.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
• Lift and carry cleaning equipment, supplies, and laundry, up to a specified weight limit.
• Operate cleaning machinery, such as vacuum cleaners and floor scrubbers.
• Work in various environmental conditions, including exposure to cleaning chemicals and dust.
• Adhere to proper safety procedures and use personal protective equipment as required.

Job Qualifications:

• Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial services is preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work during non-standard hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
