Conduct daily classroom instruction, explaining concepts, leading discussions, and facilitating interactive learning experiences.
Maintain a well-organized and engaged classroom to create a conducive learning environment.
Establish rules and behavioral expectations to promote positive behavior and cooperation among students.
Regularly assess students' progress and understanding and provide timely feedback to students
Recognize and address the individual needs of students to provide support and resources for struggling students and challenge advanced learners to reach their full potential.
Communicate with parents or guardians regularly to update them on their child's progress, behavior, and any concerns.
Work collaboratively with other teachers, staff members, and administrators
Integrate technology and digital tools into the learning process to enhance instruction and student engagement.
Ensure the safety and well-being of students during school hours, on field trips, and during recess or lunch breaks.
Engage in ongoing professional development to stay updated on the latest teaching methodologies, educational trends, and best practices.
