Watermark Medical is Hiring a HST Support Near Atlanta, GA
Position Summary:
Primary purpose is to provide support (educate and instruct on use of Watermark’s home sleep tests) to patients, customers, and internal staff.
Essential Functions:
- End User Support- Handle Customer Support inquiries; email, phone, chat. Resolving first contact issues: password changes, scripted issue resolution. Training clients and staff on product and new features. Remote installation of device for new accounts. Documenting, prioritizing, and tracking requests.
- Account Management -Creating, modifying, reconciling and deactivating accounts in systems. Processing orders and payments. Customer follow-up. Collaborate with accounts via Multi Channel Support Tool.
- Miscellaneous Duties -May assist in other departments for support when volume is high. Cross-training for Mail-To-Patient services.

- Other duties as assigned.
* Shift will be Monday - Friday 12PM to 8PM once fully trained.
Quality System Responsibilities:
- Be aware of the contents of the Quality Policy.
- Complete assigned trainings and document reviews in the time allotted.
- Work to ensure that processes and procedures are Implemented, maintained and performed in ways that ensure compliance to applicable regulations and standards.
- Work with the Quality department, regulatory consultants and auditors as required.
Required Education and Experience:
- High school degree and previous customer service experience, training.
- Customer Service – 1 year (preferred)
